It is with great pleasure the Charity can confirm that following on from the Groundworks being completed in 2024. Mercury construction south west now have a presence on-site preparing for construction. The anticipated completion is summer 2026. With inflation continually increasing the cost of building a community centre coupled with the national shut down for Covid 19 this has been a long, drawn-out struggle. The trustees’ have spent many years laser focused to see this project through who are all unpaid volunteers.
The project is now in the experienced hands of Bailey Partnership Construction Consultants and Mercury construction Southwest. Whilst there is undoubtedly a lot to look forward to once the construction of the hub is completed…
